Military Tech Source is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from computer dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by Military Tech Source.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Military Tech Source shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders placed whether or not the order has been confirmed and your Military Allotment activated. If your Allotment has already been activated and your account has been charged for the purchase deposit and your order is subsequently canceled, Military Tech Source shall immediately issue a credit to your Military Allotment in the amount of the charge.
Your Application
(i) Application
All of the information you have provided in your laptop request is true and complete. By your submission of an application, you authorize Military Tech Source to check your credit history. If you complete the laptop request form (by hitting the "Submit" button at the bottom of the application) but leave portions of the form incomplete, Military Tech Source may still check your credit history and attempt to contact you to help you complete your laptop request. Multiple applications with matching identities, such as identical Social Security Numbers, which are received by Military Tech Source within a six-month period, may be treated as a single, integrated application. Military Tech Source's services are administrative and consultative only. You should rely on your own judgment in deciding which available laptop products and payment plans best suits your needs and financial means. Military Tech Source expressly reserves the right to discontinue, suspend or terminate the offering of any product or service in any specific state through this Web site. Military Tech Source does not guarantee acceptance into any particular loan program or specific loan terms or conditions. Loan approval terms are fixed and represented solely in the Retail Installment Contract sent to approved and accepted offers. Likewise, Military Tech Source does not guarantee that the loan terms or rates offered and made available through this Web site, are the best terms or lowest rates available in the market. Unless expressly stated in writing, nothing contained herein shall constitute an offer or promise for a loan commitment or interest rate lock-in agreement.
By hitting the "Submit" button on the laptop request form, you understand and agree that you are submitting an application for a lending product and goods offered by Military Tech Source. By submitting the laptop request containing your electronic signature, you are extending an express invitation to Military Tech Source to contact you by telephone or email at the numbers and address you have provided so they may assist you with your transaction, and you hereby consent to any such calls and contact even if your phone number or email is on any Do Not Call or anti-Spam list. By saving your information with Military Tech Source and/or submitting a loan request, you give Military Tech Source permission to make unattended recorded calls to remind you of any deadlines or issues in connection with your loan request.
(ii) USA Patriot Act Compliance
Federal regulations enacted pursuant to Section 326 of the USA PATRIOT Act require all financial institutions to verify the identity of every person who seeks to open an account with the institution. All applicants setting up payment via a Military Allotment are therefore subject to the identity verification requirements. What this means is that when you apply for a laptop, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, social security number and other information that will allow us to identify you.
(iii) Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic, telephonic or written order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your application, nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to sell. Military Tech Source reserves the right at any time after receipt of your application to accept or decline your order for any reason. Although it is rare, Military Tech Source reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply chosen accessories of equal or greater value than the accessories you ordered. All applications will require additional verifications before we accept any order. As all prices are subject to change, your order may not be accepted or we may have to communicate price changes or availability issues to you within 72 hours after you place your order.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
Any claim or controversy arising out of or relating to the use of this Web site, and any claim or controversy concerning goods or services provided by Military Tech Source, or any acts or omissions for which you may contend Military Tech Source is liable for damages, shall be resolved as follows: a) if the claim against Military Tech Source is for an amount less than $5,000.00, then the person bringing the claim must bring the claim in a limited jurisdiction small claims court of the Superior Court of California located within San Diego County, California; or b) if the claim against Military Tech Source is for an amount greater than $5,000.00, but less than $75,000.00, then the person bringing the claim must tender a written demand for binding arbitration with Military Tech Source. Military Tech Source and Claimant shall, within thirty (30) days of such notice of demand for arbitration, select a private, neutral arbitrator who will adjudicate the claim in accordance with the procedural rules for arbitration as promulgated by the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Service (JAMS) If a claimant should bring a claim for damages against Military Tech Source for an amount greater than $75,000.00, then that claimant must file such claim within the unlimited jurisdiction Superior Court of California, located in San Diego County, California, or if the matter qualifies, within the Federal Court located in the same district. In any arbitration brought under this Agreement, Military Tech Source will pay the initial filing fee, however the parties will split all additional costs equally between them. Any arbitration proceedings and decisions shall be kept confidential by the parties. The arbitrators shall not have the power to award damages in connection with any dispute in excess of actual compensatory damages and shall not multiply actual damages or award consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, and each party irrevocably waives any claim thereto. If either party employs attorneys to enforce any right in connection with any arbitrated dispute or lawsuit, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees.
THIS AGREEMENT PROVIDES THAT SOME BUT NOT ALL DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND Military Tech Source WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION. IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR DISPUTE MUST BE RESOLVED THROUGH ARBITRATION, YOU GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT TO ASSERT OR DEFEND YOUR RIGHTS. YOU ALSO GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN OR BRING CLASS ACTIONS. YOUR RIGHTS WILL BE DETERMINED BY A NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR AND NOT A JUDGE OR JURY. You are entitled to a fair hearing, but the arbitration procedures are simpler and more limited than rules applicable in court. Arbitrator decisions are as enforceable as any court order and are subject to very limited review by a court. Indemnity:

Military Tech Source and Claimant shall, within thirty (30) days of such notice of demand for arbitration, select a private, neutral arbitrator who will adjudicate the claim in accordance with the procedural rules for arbitration as promulgated by the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Service (JAMS) If a claimant should bring a claim for damages against Military Tech Source for an amount greater than $75,000.00, then that claimant must file such claim within the unlimited jurisdiction Superior Court of California, located in San Diego County, California, or if the matter qualifies, within the Federal Court located in the same district. In any arbitration brought under this Agreement, Military Tech Source will pay the initial filing fee, however the parties will split all additional costs equally between them. Any arbitration proceedings and decisions shall be kept confidential by the parties. The arbitrators shall not have the power to award damages in connection with any dispute in excess of actual compensatory damages and shall not multiply actual damages or award consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, and each party irrevocably waives any claim thereto. If either party employs attorneys to enforce any right in connection with any arbitrated dispute or lawsuit, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees.
THIS AGREEMENT PROVIDES THAT SOME BUT NOT ALL DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND Military Tech Source WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION. IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR DISPUTE MUST BE RESOLVED THROUGH ARBITRATION, YOU GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT TO ASSERT OR DEFEND YOUR RIGHTS. YOU ALSO GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN OR BRING CLASS ACTIONS. YOUR RIGHTS WILL BE DETERMINED BY A NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR AND NOT A JUDGE OR JURY. You are entitled to a fair hearing, but the arbitration procedures are simpler and more limited than rules applicable in court. Arbitrator decisions are as enforceable as any court order and are subject to very limited review by a court. By using Military Tech Source’s services, Web site and by the purchase of goods, you consent to these restrictions.
Indemnity:
You agree to indemnify and hold Military Tech Source, its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries and employees harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys fees, due to claims made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the services of Military Tech Source and/or its Web Site in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or a breach of your representations and warranties hereunder and in connection with your application. This Agreement provides no benefits to third parties.
Notices:
Military Tech Source may give notice to you through general posting on the
Web Site, through postal notification, or through E-mail notification, in
its sole discretion. You may give notice to Military Tech Source at
Contact.
General:
Any failure by Military Tech Source to enforce any provision of this
Agreement shall not be construed as a continuing waiver of any rights under
such provision. In the event that any portion of this Agreement is held
unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall remain in
full force and effect.

protect data and transmissions between you, Military Tech Source, banks,
credit agencies and DOCUSIGN , all of whom participate in this Web site (we
