I called and emailed the company several times with questions before placing an order, and was very happy when they took the time to call and email me in return to make sure I was satisfied. I ended up ordering a computer for my husband for xmas, with a great payment plan and 24 hour tech support the transaction was very easy to set up and delivery promt. This year I ordered another computer and a tv and again they were nice and I actually talked to a person anytime I needed any help, even the president of the company was willing to help me when i called.
